Glass Jar
180 g / 6.3 oz glass jar. Made for retail shelves and specialty stores. Hand-filled, premium label, protected cold-smoked flavor.
Pack size: 6 or 12 jars per case.
Shelf life: 18 months unopened.
Use on: charcuterie boards, crostini, pasta, cheese pairings.
Bulk Buckets
1, 2.5, 5 and 10 kg food-safe buckets. The workhorse for high-volume operations: pizza chains, central kitchens, bakery labs, private label producers.
Packaging: HDPE bucket, vacuum-sealed bag inside.
Shelf life: 9 months refrigerated.
